She manages payroll, invoices, and reimbursements, ensuring accurate processing and timely execution. Additionally, Lena is responsible for streamlining day-to-day operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and overseeing event logistics, all of which contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization.
Previously, Lena worked with low income struggling individuals where she provided career guidance and connected clients with valuable resources to support their professional development. She also has experience in community organizing, particularly in engaging Muslim youth and students in voting through digital outreach and social media campaigns.
