Muslim Civic Coalition-Activate is the 501c4 partner of the IL Muslim Civic Coalition.

The Muslim Civic Coalition-Activate mission is to collaborate with and amplify, Muslim and our diverse allies’, efforts in political public service.  We identify, engage, and partner with public/elected officials, candidates, and organizations who share our core values of integrity, inclusion, courageous leadership, and service towards the common good.

1. Vet and strategically recommend candidates based on core values

2. Promote education and action on political engagement, funding, and collective impact

3. Develop a pipeline to politics for vulnerable and invisible communities,
    

Communities that vote, advocate for policies, and engage their public leaders are successful in building Civic Power! Sometimes, there is confusion as to what it means to engage in civics and advocacy as a 501c3 organization.
