About this Event
Overview
On Tuesday, April 21, the Hyde Park-Kenwood Community Conference (HPKCC) is hosting a Virtual Community Forum so that members of our communities can share the impact that COVID-19 has had on themselves and their families. This forum is also an opportunity for community members to hear updates from local officials regarding resources that are available to them during this challenging time.
Format
The Virtual Community Forum will be held via Zoom with a dial-in option available. Details will be provided to registered speakers and attendees a few days prior to the event.
Schedule
6 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Community members will have the opportunity to share their story, whether it's how they are juggling working from home and teaching their children, or what it has been like being an essential worker and going to work every day, or how they are finding ways to stay positive and breathe. We want to hear from you. Advanced registration is required and the order is first come, first served.
7 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Local officials will provide updates on what resources are available to community members and answer questions submitted in advance.
